Hampshire Residence

The Hampshire residence is a compact, yet light and airy, house tucked into the forested hillside of southwest Portland. The design incorporates 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms while leaving room for a spacious great room of large, light-filled windows and views to the surrounding trees. The design acknowledges the natural, very steep, topography by stepping up the valley of the site. A wrap-around deck and back patio add a unique outdoor experience to the tucked away, modern home in the trees.
