You'll find endless ingenuity in this gorgeous light filled and elegantly crafted new home perched at the top of an oversized lot on the east side of Council Crest. The home balances refined design details and natural materials with high performance building techniques. The exterior of the home is wrapped in brick and stained cedar tongue and groove with a large black steel box hovering over the garage creating a second-floor flexible family space.

On the interior, hand troweled plaster walls, heated terrazzo floors, and oiled white oak cabinetry pair with triple glazed windows to create a comfortable and serene environment.

A geothermal system heat pump feeds the hydronic radiant floor, capable of heating and cooling, as well as the hydronic fan coils for supplemental heating and cooling. Solar panels offset electrical loads and battery walls provide backup when the power goes out. Last, but not least, rainwater is collected and stored in two 5,000 gallon tanks underground and used for both domestic water and irrigation.
