I'm excited to announce that we will have a recently completed project featured on the 2016 Portland Modern Home Tour that is coming up on June 4th. The project is a completely remodeled early 1970's split level home in the Raleigh Hills neighborhood of Portland. The house was taken down to the studs and the floor plan reworked to create an open great room with kitchen and living room attached.

Working with Hammer and Hand on the Kiyama project was so much fun. There was a great collaboration which resulted in a beautifully constructed project. The cabinetry was built by Ben Klebba of Phloem Studios who is incredibly talented and has the attention to detail that was needed to create the walnut wrapped kitchen. Ben brings a true craft to everything he builds. It always helps to have clients with great taste and an adorable two year old to make every meeting interesting.

One of my favorite projects has been published in the Design issue of Portland Monthly. I feel very honored to have a project featured among such great local designers.

Another very fun and inspiring photo shoot with the talented Lincoln Barbour. I can't wait to see the final photos of the Nathan Residence, a mid century remodel completed a few months back. It was a difficult space to photograph because of the bright sun and dark interior but I knew Lincoln could handle it.

Final photos of the Goldstar Portland office. Thanks to Lincoln for the great photos. The living wall is designed by the talented landscape designer Lauren Hall-Behrens of Lilyvilla Gardens.

I started working with Goldstar last fall designing the interiors of their new Portland Office. It was a quick project, designed and built out about 3 months. Today I finally met up with the talented Lincoln Barbour to photograph the space. I started talking to Lincoln about photographing the space in early December but there were a few delays... his wife had a baby, then there were the holidays, and then at the end of January we adopted our darling baby boy. So here we are almost 5 months later!
